At the heart of the hotel, it feels less like a café and more like stepping into a friend’s kitchen: a place where guests begin the day softly and return whenever they crave something warm, nourishing, or simply familiar.
A counter filled with good things invites choice and curiosity. Bowls, yogurt, or porridge can be personalised with seeds, nuts, honey, or seasonal fruit from the pantry. Coffee drifts toward the terrace, smoothies are blended fresh, and pastries made with good olive oil sit alongside island cheeses and local preserves. Health-forward but never dogmatic, Café Libre moves gently with the rhythm of the day, an easy place to pause, refuel, and feel naturally at home.
“Kuu” evokes emptiness—the space between things. “Jū” suggests flow, softness, adaptability. Together, the name reflects a Japanese philosophy of presence within emptiness—where silence carries weight and restraint becomes power. It is not loud, not literal, not descriptive. It invites curiosity. It asks for pause.
At the counter, the experience unfolds quietly between chef and guest. A sequence of small gestures, hands, knives, fire, each bite arriving with calm precision. In Ibiza, the omakase listens to the island: Mediterranean ingredients woven into a Japanese structure, where gamba roja, citrus, herbs, and broths shaped by local flavors become part of the dialogue. The ritual remains Japanese, but the story belongs to the place.
The name carries warmth, familiarity, and cultural pride. “La Popular” belongs to everyone. It speaks the language of the street, the market, the everyday place where people gather, where flavor, rhythm, and community meet. What is popular here is not ordinary, it is simply what people truly crave. In Ibiza, the kitchen follows the sun, the sea, and the fire. Seafood arrives daily and moves easily from raw to fried to ember-grilled, joined by vegetables, tacos, cocas, and rice meant for the table. Plates appear as they are ready, meals grow naturally, and time loosens. Honest, generous, and meant to be shared, La Popular is beach food at its most generous, made for long afternoons that stretch toward sunset.
Dante’s Hifi takes its name from a personal story. Named after the newborn son of one of the founders, Dante, the bar carries a sense of warmth and human connection rather than a purely conceptual identity. “HiFi” refers to high-fidelity sound, an audiophile approach to music built around vinyl records, analog warmth, and a sound system designed for listening rather than noise.
The bar comes alive at sunset, when the island slows and the night begins to gather. Inspired by Japanese listening bars, Dante’s HiFi blends music, cocktails, and conversation in a space that moves with the rhythm of the evening. Drinks are direct and confident, vermouths, agave spirits, spritzes, and highballs—crafted for ease and flow rather than spectacle. Vinyl spins, glasses refill, and the room settles into that perfect moment between dinner and the night ahead.
A shortened, finger-friendly version of the restaurant menu serves this area, inviting guests to cool off, sunbathe, enjoy light bites, or sip on a drink.
