The gastronomic experience of the Fasano Restaurant brings the legacy of Italian origin cuisine that bears the signature of the restaurateur Gero Fasano. The menu is similar to that in São Paulo, located inside the Hotel Fasano São Paulo, with a variety of antipasti, pasta, meats, risottos and fish. “The Fasano Restaurant of our Salvador hotel offers flagship Italian cuisine: the Costoletta Allá Milanese, the Filetto di Manzoalla Rossini, the Veal Ossobuco with White Wine and Herbs and the Spaghetti Allá Carbonara.
